First WSM Smoke Day - and on my birthday too!

Thanks to Chris and everyone on here for the continued great advice and tips. I would say that this year‘s WSM Smoke Day was a huge success (and it fell on my birthday - even better!)

St. Louis-style ribs on my WSM 14.5 inch. Used Harlen’s Barbecue Rub; apple and pecan wood; apple juice after two hours (following all advice trimming the ribs and basting). Perfection. Basted with Sweet Baby Ray’s Original BBQ sauce (all we had around) at the end, but it did not overpower the rib flavor.
