Fell in love with my new WSM but just had to get a kettle. No better way to break it in than on Father's Day!
After building the Mastertouch this morning we threw a Butcherbox rib roast on. We brined it overnight in salt and coffee. Cooked it about 2 hrs at 325 until IT was 128. It came out amazing! First cook could not have gone better. The kettle definitely is a little more finicky than the WSM but it performed awesome.
