First charcoal smoke in a whike

Happy to hear your charcoal ban was lifted and the wings look great. Ours was lifted about two months ago after we got a few good rain falls. Only used my performer about 3-4 times since the lift because the monsoons were almost every day. Mostly used the big gasser or the pellet grill on the covered patio for any cooks.
Ours was lifted on the first of the month. So glad to be cooking over charcoal again!

Now we're trying to decide which is better: Roadside or Peruvian chicken. It's a tough choice!
