First Brisket on my Performer - Snake Method

Well, I found a 7lb brisket flat at my local butcher shop and I decided to throw it on the kettle today. I started the kettle around 6:00 am with a 2x2 snake and I was able to maintain 255/275 until around 3:30 this afternoon. I am extremely pleased with my first brisket; tender and GREAT bark. Will definitely be doing another soon!
