Nice setup but love that dog 😎
I was thinking the same thing!
Not quite as impressive but I realized I was developing a problem when I realized there were more in the garage

the Rösle just arrived. I think I will keep it. Clean until I wear the rest out! I might need to pick up a new caddy, the handle “separated” from the body after probably ten years! It lives right there year round!
That 22” in the background is destined to become the dedicated rotisserie unit once I make the carriage! That might be done by summer if I get a design figured out. That might get a caddy of its own!

Nice, best of luck 😊 One of my kettles is going into an outdoor kitchen, hopefully being built this summer.

That’s a great collection. I notice a couple Spirits in the color design like I saw in my trip to Germany where I got to visit a Weber store there. That slick black style is not available in the US.

Thanks Jon 😊 what does the US version look like? All the older Spirits I've seen looks like this.

Tom, here is an example of the US version:

Spirit E-310.jpg
The European version has a cool black control panel, whereas the US one has the boring stainless finish.

Another Weber picked today 😊 For free, a ten minute drive 👍🏻
Weber Q with a cart, a cover and a 5 litre gas bottle 😊 Will be washed and sold as is.
A question, is it possible to repaint the lid?
If I wanna go that way..

Also added some more pictures of the two Spirits, the three burner will be sold during the week, buyer on hand 😊 I swapped out the lid and cookbox, the hinges were broken on both parts. Nice to have some spare parts in the garage.

The two burner is being fixed up for my oldest son and his girl, they are moving into their first apartment in June. Not much to do with it, an easy fix 👍🏻

Tom, unless it is just a few very small areas, I suggest that you take the lid down to bare metal for two reasons.
1. The paint is clearly failing and you don't want the old paint to start peeling under your new paint.
2. there is a texture to the Weber paint and if you strip just areas, it will have a totally different finish in the stripped areas to the areas with paint still on them and it will look terrible.

Either sand blasting them or a 4" angle grinder with a wire cup brush will do the job.

I know you don't have Harbor Freight stores in Norway, but these are the tools I am talking about:

Thanks Bruce 👍🏻 I have a grinder and a wire brush, but I will just take the lid to work and use the sandblaster we have there. Do you suggest to do a coat with primer first or just the high heat paint?

Most paints do not require primer these days. I don't normally use it, but if you do, use stuff rated as high heat. Rustoleum High Heat ultra makes Copper, Silver and Black and work good. If you want more color, then there are other options but much of the time they are not gloss or even semi gloss. If so, all you have to do is put on a couple coats of high heat clear over them. The red lids in my pictures was Red Matte, but the gloss really makes it shine.

I know you don't have US amazon, but this is good high heat paint for grills. The ULTRA varieties are the Semi Gloss versions. The regular high heat are a matte color.
