Wow, I just tried USPS and FedEx and they came out really expensive! For that price I can get a bunch made!

There is something wrong with that postage estimate, USPS should do it for less than that, I've sent small boxes for less to the UK. Just make sure you use your own packaging (not any USPS flat rate box or envelope, a flat rate box to the UK is about $24 bucks), and ask them for the first class postage or priority mail rate....
