Fill a small bowl with olive hummus. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle generously with Everything Seasoning and paprika. Serve with pita chips or bagel chips
Whilst making your hummus, blitz up a pepper of choice for a bit of zing, if that's your thing.
I make my hummus the same consistency as crunchy peanut-butter.
She said she got it off the Internet and simplified it. Boil lentils for 30 minutes, drain, blend to desired consistency, and add in what you normally would to hummus. By us that would be tehina, olive oil, garlic, salt and spices. It's lighter than chickpea hummus but just as flavorful, IMO.
