Even when it's cold you still have to eat, so why not grill.
Tonight it was White American Cheese Burgers on toasted buns with Stuffed Portobello Mushrooms topped with aged White Cheddar.
I use to let winter get the best of me, but no more.
It was a simple meal, but very tasty.
The temp was 21 degrees, but the wind chill was 9 I had to put aluminum foil in the rotisserie hole to block the wind.
I'm not letting the winter beat me this year.
