I used little Delmonico steaks. I cooked them to almost done. I pulled them off and cut them into small cubes. Next in a CIS I added a touch of butter, peppers and onions. This went on the hot grill. after a few minutes I added the mushrooms.
When the onions started to get translucent I added a tablespoon of hoisin sauce, 2 tablespoons of light teriyaki sauce, and a half teaspoon of ginger paste (the kind in the toothpaste tube)
That's it. Quick and dirty.
