Date code on firebox. Control panel is 8101

anyone have any idea what date this is..i can't make it out.

Thanks for the reply...I'm trying to decipher the date code under the firebox. I have the grill completely disassembled...it's a silver c...round tube manifold

That one is pretty beat up. But it looks like May of whatever year. 2000-2005 I think is the year range.

Need a better photo. And the casting date code is not the most accurate way to date these grills, but if the serial number sticker is unreadable then it's the best you can do....unless you get yourself one of those UV lights mentioned in your previous thread.

I agree with Chris. Some differences in the frame design might help you narrow it down some as well. Is the serial number sticker totally gone or erased?

Also, I think some end caps have those same kind of date code markings.

If you have a round tube manifold silver c it’s no later than 2003. And no earlier than 2001.
