Cryovac/shrink wrap/vacuum seal

When I purchase--say--ribs or a brisket at a grocery chain and it is packaged in what I've been assuming is cryovac and/or shrink wrap has the oxygen also been removed like what is achieved when I use my vacuum sealer? I always assumed it was, yet now I'm suddenly questioning my understanding about such packaging. Thx.

Shrink is more like they do with cut pieces on trays, they wrap and heat seal the bottom.
Crying is what happens at packing houses. As my namesake said above “much thicker”.
I can get butts “factory sealed” at my Meijer’s store almost any day of the week, ribs usually sealed the same way.
Pork steak, cut from butts, always “shrink wrapped” either two or four to a package.
The double packs of butts from Costco are cryo packed.

Now I feel ridiculous for having posted this, lol. I misread a statement regarding shrink wrap thinking it could resemble Cryovac packaging.
