Crispy Grilled Wings

Crispy Grilled Wings

2 lbs. chicken wings
1 TB. olive oil
2 TB. corn starch
1 1/2 tsp. kosher salt
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. lemon-pepper seasoning
1/2 tsp. pepper

1. Cut wings in half. Place in bowl, add oil, toss to coat. Sprinkle with remaining ingredients; toss to coat.
2. Grill wings on an oiled grill rack, covered, over medium heat until crisp and juices run clear, 20-25 minutes, turning occasionally.

These were the second set of wings to have. They were ok, and DH and myself forgot all about the dips for them. At least they WERE crispy. lol
