It hasn't been cold this winter. Now it is. And I made steaks. They were good. 10°f.
I have become VERY comfortable relying on this grill as a do-all solution. I have relaxed my cleaning routine a bunch and never vacuum out the fire pot any more. Got to 600.

You may pay the price with a grease fire at some point. Most use a pan on high grease meats such as butts and briskets. Several threads talk about a steak cook followed by a high temp sear that goes way wrong.

That's got me drooling! You have a recipe?
Not really. Beef bone broth with some soy, sesame oil, rice vinegar. ****akes, carrots, broccoli, bean sprouts, cilantro. Smoked the sirloin 20 mins lowest, removed them, raised heat to 600 for the sear. We used high end plain ramen but the packet stuff would have been just as good.

Staeks look killer steaks love your season style, the Ramin looks fantastic I could eat that daily yours has so much depht to it excellant job see you about 6 ok??
