So I was inspired By Greg in Utah and CaseT pork and chicken cooks using the marinade they posted. Could not find fresh chicken wings (evidently there is a shortage) so I used legs and thighs. Grilled it indirect with RO lump charcoal. Somehow I messed up taking the picture on the kettle. Fantastic marinade. Will definitely use this recipe again.
