I am going to be making Chicken on a Throne for my wife's birthday party. So I have a few questions.

1. What is the recipe for Wild Willy's Number One-derful Rub? Measurements needed.

2. What is the injection used in this recipe?

3. What are the ingredients that go in the beer can? Specifically how much cider vinegar should I use?

I looked up the recipe on the site but it didn't give any measurements or anything. Also, how many chickens 3 - 4 lb can fit on the WSM?

Here are the recipes.

Wild Willy's Number One-derful Rub
This is our main all-purpose rub, good on ribs, brisket, chicken, and more.
3/4 cup paprika
1/4 cup ground black pepper
1/4 cup salt
1/4 cup sugar
2 tablespoons chili powder
2 tablespoons garlic powder
2 tablespoons onion powder
2 teaspoons cayenne
Mix the spices thoroughly in a bowl. Store covered in a cool, dark pantry. Makes about 2 cups.

12 ounces beer
l/2 cup cider vinegar
1/2 cup water
1/4 cup oil, preferably canola or corn
1/2 medium onion, chopped
2 garlic doves, minced
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon Wild Willy's Number One-derful Rub (See Dry Rubs section) or other dry rub or seasoning that complements the flavor of your dish
Combine the ingredients in a saucepan. Heat the mop and use it warm. Makes about 3 cups.

The mixture in the beer can can be pretty much anything you want, I would use the injection.
You can do 4 comfortably.
