Butts over Brisket

I know this is a question that has been answered many times, but after reading all the previous posts, I still need some clarification. I am doing 2 butts over 1 whole brisket for the superbowl and don't want to screw it up. My plan is to start them all at the same time and maintain 220-250 temp. Will they all be done at the same time? I haven't bought the meat yet, but plan on two 6-8 lb butts and one 10-12 lb brisket. My plan is an over night smoke and remove from the smoker at approx 2 PM Sunday. I'm trying to determine the start time. Any idea of how long it will take?

No. The brisket will be done before the butts. For me brisket takes about an hour per pound and butts are close to 2 hours per pound. I do normally cook at 250 so that is a bit different than some folks.

I get my brisket at wally world and I usually get one around 12 pounds. I normally take it off around 12-13 hours. Butts are around 7 pounds on average and normally take 15-16 hours.

Hope that helps.
