Busy day, Ribs on the way.

Well, I didnt get much in the way of cooking photographs today, but I seasoned up some western cut bone in country style ribs last night and put them on after Church while I was working on other chores and projects. If I can, I will get a photo of them once they are done which should not be too long from now.

WSM has been rocking steady between 225 and 245 at the grate levels since 1PM. Took them to 170+ just before transferring them to a pan with 50/50 Cider vinegar to Apple juice for moisture.
