Burger night

Thought I’d try something different. Did one with peanut butter, grape jelly, cheddar, and some of that homemade bacon. It was actually quite tasty! I would do it again...the other was just your normal bacon, pickle, tomato, onion, cheddar, Mayo, mustard, n catsup.

When I attended the University of Arizona in the late 80s. There was a local restaurant bar called the BumSteer. They served a Jiffy burger, which consisted of 1/2 lb patty, Jiffy peanut butter, bacon and cheddar cheese. Over the years, I probably ate fifty of them.

Interesting toppings! I'm a traditional minimalist (minimal traditionalist?) so I'd probably pass on the "outside the box" burgers, but the cheese and bacon versions looks great!
