Looking for a reliable buckboard bacon recipe. One the uses the pork butt. This would be my first attempt. Thanks.

That looks like a real winner! It might be time to try that!

You can also use that same cure on a pork loin for Canadian bacon or on a pork belly for regular bacon.
I would use it on jowels and pork chops also.
