brisket no wrap

Cooking brisket (avg 13lb) on a WSM 22.5 @ 275 degrees does anyone have an average time till probe tender IF: 1. wrapped in paper or 2. not wrapped at all.

I've used foil at that temp and its almost spot on to be a 7 to 8 hour cook.
 
275F never wrapped = depends on who long it was wet brined.
If not wet brined, but fresh or thawed I would say 13-14 hours + resting time.
If wet brined for 2-3 weeks = 10-11 hours + resting time

For butcher paper wrapped brisket not really shortened time. Just a little, round 10-11 hours (for not wet brined)
