Brand new 22.5 WSM Metro Detroit $250

I found this today, a brand new 22.5 WSM selling for $250 in Troy, MI. If I didn't already have my 18.5 I would snag this. I don't have a "need" for a 22.5 but I know down the road I'm going to look back and regret it!

I would buy that yesterday and not look back!!! Few feelings worse than regret from a missed opportunity on a KNOWN good price on a Weber product. Worst case if you used it a few times and feel you made a "timing mistake", you could sell it for the same (or MORE) than you paid.
