Boneless Pork Chops

Just finished a quick dinner on the Mastertouch. I seasoned pork chops with 21 salute from Trader Joes on one and Oakridge Gamebird on the other. I cooked them indirectly and then seared them to finish off. The came out great! The Oakridge one was the winner. Man that stuff is great. Plus the potatoes and asparagus were not to bad either!
