Sometimes like this, sometimes I put them in cast iron pan and then on grill. Depends on how melty they will get. 4 of the 5 potatoes had sliced garlic and sliced parmesan cheese and grated parmesan on top. Not too melty. The 5th had monterey jack cheese which will melt out but didn't think it would make too big a mess. It's not cheating to avoid having to clean up after.VERY NICE! The Hasselbacks are beautiful. Do you always cook them on the grate like that?
I cook mine in a foil pan on the grate - wonder if that's cheating.
