here are a few pics from my grandpas birthday that i was asking for guidance on for about a week...like always i am terrible and documenting an entire cook with pics but heres a few.
Brisket out after about 13 hours getting ready to rest

some pork butts...biggest one took just over 15 hours

Wylie looks like an old man haha...he was up half the night with me so he's a bit tired

the ribs were definetly not my best but I kept my mouth shut and nobody complained so that being said all went well.

Your dogs are killing me Adam. I love those guys!! OK, with that said, super, gorgeous, well presented cook. What an awesome job!
 
haha thanks...i'll try to make it a point to get a pic of one of them in with all my food posts from now on. I set a goal to start posting more pics. I always start the cook with good intentions and then get busy doing one thing or another and next thing i know the food is half gone!
 
Great cook Adam. That meteorite looks perfect to me. And the pork 'n' ribs don't look too shabby either. ;) Great spread put on for Gramps b'day.
 
I think we figured it turned out to be about 35 people. We had a little pulled pork left and a few salads otherwise everything was picked over pretty good
 
Now THAT is one birthday party I'd love to attend! Just a mindblowing buffet of meat. Love the photo of the dog...what a handsome beast.
