Seasoned both sides with Kosher Salt, Black Pepper, Garlic Powder, and Onion Powder

8 Ounces of Beer, and 8 ounces of BBQ sauce whisked together

Whisked up

Sear both sides direct to get some nice color on them

Ready for the Beer/BBQ bath

Put them in a pan and cover with foil for 1 1/2 hours, indirect,,, get the grill settled in around 350*

1 1/2 hours later, time to hit direct again

Direct for a couple minutes on each side

Ready to Plate
