I found this recipe online and have made it about four times. It is really simple and tastes really good.

Seasoned both sides with Kosher Salt, Black Pepper, Garlic Powder, and Onion Powder

8 Ounces of Beer, and 8 ounces of BBQ sauce whisked together

Whisked up

Sear both sides direct to get some nice color on them

Ready for the Beer/BBQ bath

Put them in a pan and cover with foil for 1 1/2 hours, indirect,,, get the grill settled in around 350*

1 1/2 hours later, time to hit direct again

Direct for a couple minutes on each side
