I Mack ! I like to use my premium kettle for my low and slow / smoking , and the performer for more short cooking like wings with vortex etc . The genesis for more quick night diner . It's not uncommon for me to use 2 or even 3 bbq at the same time on my day off

You might need to expand your outdoor kitchen area when you get that 4000 up and happy!
Very true, the hobby might not be as expensive as cars but, it will eat a lot of time! The nice part is even if you have a failure, you still eat! No failures left behind.

Charcoal starter lol , i actually sell this one . It was my first summer bbq
