Bakerstone Pizza Oven Box

From what I can see, there is no charcoal or wood involved in using this box.
Other than being outside, how would it be any different than using your oven in the kitchen?

You're correct Bob, it goes on top of a gas grill. I would think that the difference would be that it's small and all of the heat would be coming off of a very enclosed area, as opposed to your oven.

James, not sure what the box costs, but try making some pizza on your kettle, sometimes it takes more than a few tries to get it right,
but when you do, you probably will not want the pizza box any longer. Give it a try, just need a decent stone, c'mon, you know you want to. ;-).

The fire brick around the pizza creates a more authentic pizza oven that bakes the pizza from all sides. There are several threads about people putting togethor makeshift versions of these in thier grills.

I wonder how much of these would cost?
