Went to Costco again a couple weeks ago. Grabbed another pork belly. Cut it into 3rds, put it into bags with cure. 8 days in the bags. 1 day in the fridge rinsed and paper towels off. Borrowing a friends meat slicer. Just pulled the first one off.
