Pammi ordered an America's Test Kitchen cookbook for recipes to use with our air fryer.
She's cooked some amazing stuff in there, and we like the ATK, so no problem!
Except that they sent her the wrong cookbook!
She got one that has EVERY recipe from their first 12 seasons!
Not bad, but not what she ordered.
She called to complain, and they said that they'd get the correct one out right away, and, oh yeah, keep the wrong one!

I was looking through it while dinner was finishing and saw what I'm cooking for lunch this weekend.
Onion burgers!
Shaved onions put onto a smash burger before it gets smashed, so it gets all crusty and caramelized!
