Apple bourbon beans with wings and ribs

Just like the title says.
Baby backs rubbed with my first time used Oakridge Dominator. Smoked with JD and peach wood.
Wings rubbed with killer hogs hot bbq.
First time making beans with boat loads of extra things in them........
3, 14oz. Cans of regular brown beans mixed with 2 diced green apples, left over smoked pulled pork, chorizo, onion, jalapeños, garlic, brown sugar, bbq sauce, 2oz. of bourbon....tastes good, we will see once cooked down a bit.
Also whipped off a charred salsa verde for near future meals.......can’t stop eating that stuff...make it almost weekly.

Updated the beans with good hot sauce, they taste stellar and can be done anytime.
Ribs going to foil...going to work on hopefully 1.5 hours.

Just a tad......the cooks become so long that the beverages definitely play a part in my less than stellar photography.
Also apparently they taste better during the day than at night, but don't let everyone know.....:censored:
If you wanted to go through with the cook I can share what I did and how much I followed the recipe I found that got me going on these.
Its not rocket science but let me know if you needed that info.

Yessir, if you’re willing to share I certainly wouldn’t say no! I’ve been threatening to make beans for some time and usually end up getting lazy and using the canned stuff
