Any other Go-Anywhere fans out there?

I love my little Weber Go-Anywhere grill. It's extremely portable, gets hot with a minimum amount of charcoal, and produces a mean sear. It's amazing. They just don't get enough love in this round shape grill world. I have the charcoal version.

I love mine, too. Have had it since the mid 70's. It's been all over the country & has the scars to prove it.
I don't use it much anymore because we don't car camp these days.
Occasionally it gets fired up for grilled corn duty when the kettle is maxed out.

Its a nice little grill, and I think easier to use than a Smokey Joe. Easier to travel with as the legs latch it closed.

X2. I removed the side handles from mine about 25 years ago. It packs into a tighter space.
I did get it a new grill & charcoal grates 2 years ago.

I have one but I just replaced it with the original kettle.

I find the go anywhere did okay but tends to burn the food as it's only 2 inches above the charcoal grate.

The kettle is more like 5 inches so it's better on the food but it does take more charcoal.

If you grill indirect with it that problem of burning goes away. Give it a try.
