I don't know. I think that looks more like South American pizza.

The dough wasn't giving you a hard time, you just wanted a rustic look to your pizza. Looks great too by the way.

Thanks guys. I'm still trying to get to 'know' the oven and to manage heat. Pizzas so far have been so so but other cooks such as ribs and roasts have been very good.
The oven itself is fully operational, except for the final exterior finish I still need to do. Here's the current build thread at Forno Bravo:

As soon as i saw "Forno Bravo" i know that it took alot of work!

Hope you would say something like : "this old baby i put her together in 6hours,here is one easy way to do it"
