I'd approach this with both eyes wide open. Needs propane tank I can understand, but needing a connecting hose and regulator makes me think this is set up for natural gas. Ask them to send you a closeup of picture #3 (the ID label).
 
Could be in trouble from the component stand point, looks like the interior of the lid is deteriorating, as well as the front of the cook box showing signs of rust, and that chip on the lower floor pan probably is a good indicator of the floor being rusted.
 
This shows what can happen if you don't know what you are looking at...NG grills will not run properly on propane no matter what the seller says.

 
The bigger problem with those grills is the cook box where the burner tubes come in and where the cooking grates site along the front. Both of those areas tend to rot out very quick and they are extremely expensive to replace.
