We went to a new shop in the Birkdale area of Huntersville last weekend. The store sells infused balsamic vinegars and olive oils. They have bread cubes and small paper cups that you can taste the oils and vinegars with. There were some really good ones! We wound up with some espresso infused vinegar and some garlic infused olive oil. Both of which were involved in tonights dinner!
First, some chops from Trader Joe's. Very nice and reasonably priced. Seasoned with salt, pepper, garlic and onion powders. Cooked over half K,half lump.

In the package are some green beans from TJ's,seasoned with salt, pepper, fresh garlic and a splash of the garlic oil.
And the rare plated shot!

Oh yeah, the espresso balsamic was splashed on the chops after cooking. We didn't get a very large bottle,so I didn't want to pour half of it in a sauce pan to reduce it!

Very nice looking chops!!! My Wife and I went into an olive oil store in Old Town Temecula just to browse awhile back and they had us taste different oils and balsamic vinegars then started mixing different infused vinegars and oils together. Lets just say I wish I never went in there, my wallet was a lot lighter but my arms got a lot heavier lugging around bottles of oil and vinegar everywhere.

Very nicely done Phil. Can't wait till summer when the have the craft fairs at the courthouse plaza in Prescott, all kinds of great infused vinegars and olive oils for sale.
