Here are a few pics of New Year's Day cook and today's....I have been doing a lot of the cooking lately but Maribel took over this past few days. Nothing complete or fancy just a few pics. Wasn't planning on posting but today's Taquitos were here best ever.

Good lookin' food, for sure! I could sure wrap my teeth around ALL of that!

Our traditional New Year's Day meal is sauerkraut and sausage (this time it was Polish Sausage) and mashed potatoes. My wife is of German heritage and that meal "insures" a great new year... Unfortunately, it does not involve a grill or smoker...
