A Couple Cooks,A Couple Pics

Somehow,I managed to NOT get any prep or action shots of this weekend cooks! But,I got a couple plated shots!
First,last nights burgers. A friend that we hadn't seen in a while.and had been trying to catch up with,finally had some free time and brought her new SO over last night for burgers. Made from freshly ground sirloin,chuck and short rib,seasoned with Weber's Gourmet Burger rub and cooked on the OTS over Frontier lump. Topped with some yummy TJ's canadian cheddar.

Served with some TJ's potato chips and the usual burger fixin's of your choice,lettuce,tomato,red onion and assorted condiments.
Tonight,we had 2" thick pork chops! Seasoned with salt,pepper,onion and garlic powders,they got perfectly cooked on the Genesis!

Served with foiled and grilled green beans and some boxed noodles and sauce. Oh man,I'm still stuffed! Thanks for looking!

RJ,we picked up some fresh ones at a local grocery store. Really good,but I burned one,that's why some don't have tops!
