Enrico, that is some great looking T-Bone. Pics are great and the steak looks delicious. Your son's friends I am sure had a great meal and I would bet they all wish their Dad's could cook like you.

You should consider posting a primer on sous vide. We see you using this approach regularly and would love to see your technique. Just a thought.
 
Now that's the way to feed the boys, Enrico! I'm sure those steaks were much appreciated. By the way, how do you like the Hardcore Carnivore seasoning? I have a bottle but haven't opened it yet.

Enrico, a primer is basically instructions and tips on how to do something. In this case, sous vide. Since you have it down to a science, your knowledge would be a very good thing to have.
