2 different Asian sliced short ribs....

Beef Short Ribs (sliced Korean style, across the bone)

I'm testing two different marinades that I came up with.....with no basting during (or after) cooking.

ONE: "5-Spice Chinese"

Sake
Rice vinegar
Dark soy sauce
Honey
chinese "chile sauce"
5 Spice powder
Black Pepper
Corn starch (small amount)
This came out nice, as expected !

TWO: "Indian Curry"

Sake
lime juice
grated fresh ginger
Garam Masala
curry powder
brown sugar
dried, shredded coconut
black pepper
salt

This one is unique....yum.
 
I haven't done short ribs on the Weber. Do you grill or low'n slow? Any full directions appreciated. Thanks.
