What temp did you cook to? ~200 like brisket? Seasonings? Hope to do something similar in future.
Ribs are from Snake River Farms. Expensive but delicious. Pulled at 200 internal temp. Went central Texas with just salt and black pepper.
Thanks Jim - Long time smoker first time poster/smoke day. Wings were smoking on the Weber Summit figured I’d keep the pics to the WSM for smoke day...and I might have had a few beers by then and forgot to take a pic.first timer??! Ha! I don't believe it!
