good suggestion. i'm also thinking of a taco bar; steak, chicken, salsas, guac, chips and margs/beers.

i want to have all my cooking done before the game so i can watch it in its entirety and whoop and holler.

i'm still numb from the Pack game; watching the replays and how it all went down.

Always buy their cryovac packs. It’s less expensive per pound and I prefer to trim my own meats. I’ll cook around 5-7# of this and parcel out and freeze two more meals from this.

I might do some chicken or shrimp to go along with this cook.
