Getting after it on a WEDNESDAY AGAIN, nicely done.

I like the Weber Wednesdays idea, might have to join in.

Please do Jeff. I'd love to see what you come up with.

Did you think I forgot it was Weber Wednesday?! Of course I didn't. I wouldn't let you guys down.

Mixed it up tonight. Time for Mike Lucky Spaghetti Bolognese.

Made the caprese salad first. Romas, fresh mozzarella, Olive oil, balsamic vinegar, fresh basil, and Italian spices

Sauteing the red peppers, sweet onion, and mushrooms... Olive oil, Italian spices, garlic powder, some Tony Chachere's for some soul, salt and pepper.

A quick grilling of the Italian sausage and beef. Getting some maillard and grill smoke on the meat.

Browning the meat with the veggies and mushrooms

Awesome cook Mike! I gotta jump on Weber Wednesdays now that the weather is starting to get better...

Mike, that last picture is my favorite! :) That's a really nice way to do your bolognese, I'll steal it.

I did participate in Weber Wednesday yesterday......one of my buddies had us over for burgers grilled on his Weber gasser. No pics, though. :(

Mike, that plated pic is over the top. It looks do delicious outstanding job. Rich and I will do something for Weber Wednesday after we get back from Calif.

Thanks everyone. I look forward to seeing what y'all come up with for WW. I'll keep rocking it as best as I can to keep celebrating the day. Lol

Happy Weber Wednesday to you all!

Going simple tonight. Baked red potatoes, cowboy cut pork chops, and NY strip. I always want steak and the chops were on sale for $3.99 a pound.

Well, I was too busy to take pics, but I did yardbird tonight, hot and fast.

This morning, I spatchcocked and coated two chickens with kosher salt to dri brine. Bout 2 oclock, I used squeeze butter as a schmear and then applied Plowboys Yardbird.

I put them on the 18 WSM with no water bowl, and two chunks of cherry.

We ate one half of one.

It was gud.

The rest are in the fridge and the freezer for later.

Chops on to sear first
