Nice looking smashers We have one also and make all kinds of things on it. It's really great in the hot summer, we use it to do bacon and eggs with hash browns, keeps the heat out of the house.

Love me some smash burgers and those look really good.

So you set the griddle right down on the flavorizer bars ?

What kind of griddle ?

Brian, late to the party, but man those are some fine looking smash burgers! My sons love smash burgers, and I love making them. I think it's the fact that once you get your griddle hot enough, (I like to go north of 400°) you can have all the burgers cooked in less then 10-15 minutes! Yours are just the way we like 'me, super thin and a nice crust.
Great job, and I really like the griddle as well. You'll find a million and 1 uses for it!!
Thanks for sharing,
Tim
