Weber gas grill parts source.

Has anyone found a good deal on the Weber grease trays for the three burner Silver, Gold, Platinum? #99250 or #90429
The cheapest I have found are these sites who offer it for $30 plus $8 shipping. I normally repaint them but the one of the grill I got yesterday has a big hole in it.

Here's one I found on ebay for $43.47...it includes the rails and frees shipping so it may be a good deal if you need the rails also...

Yah, here are drip trays for half that. I will say that they are slightly lower quality than the original Weber ones, but they are new and should last for many years if taken care of.

Jason: This might be a link you would want to add to the list.

OOOOPS!, I thought you were talking about the drip pan, not the bigger tray. But I still think the link I posted might be good to add to the list.

I have a set of aftermarket burners on my Genesis 1000 that I paid under $15 for. I use those cheap chinese burners on all my flip grills if they are needed and they fit and perform well.

Thanks Bruce. Good to know.

The drip pan is on the list. I changed the description to be more accurate. I also added the two links for the drip trays.

Perhaps someone with his email might send him a note with a link to this forum and ask if he'd like to have a link direct to him included

I was thinking about old posts and remember some templates for tank scales that were shared, but for whatever reason I cant find the thread. If anyone remembers where that was and wants it in the list I'll do it if you can post me a link to the thread.

Question on the burners: Are there any aftermarket burners out there for the x000 and later Silver/Gold grills which are still made from 304 SS like Weber made them many years ago? All the original Weber replacement burners no longer seem to be 304 SS but 430 SS. They for sure are magnetic but many of the older ones were not.

Jason, you can add this as a cheap source for 300 series Side Winder igniters.

https://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/ASIN/B01F2VRECI/tvwb-20

Jason, when your initial post hits 10000 characters, the system won't let you add more. However, you can cannibalize your first reply for the next 10000 characters. If it goes beyond that, I'll figure something out. :D

By the way, y'all may have noticed that our friends at QuliMetal took out another 100K banner ad impressions for the month of April. Thanks to them for helping to support the forum with their ad dollars!

I got the igniter on the list.

When I get time I'll go back through and reorganize some of the list, and use the second post to stay under the limits.

That is a good deal for Genny 1000-5000 SS bars of they are 16 ga., but there seems to be a fitment issue according to the reviews. Post back and let us know how they work out.

I can ad the flavorizur bars but because of the poor reviews and experience so many seem to have I don't know if I should. What do you guys think? It would be nice to have more 13 bar options.

Jason, this vendor is located in the Buffalo NY area, but I have been finding some decent deals with them and suggest you add them to the list of parts suppliers. They appear to be a huge Weber grill and parts dealer in that area. Shipping is reasonable too, if you have a big order, and fast via FedEx.

Jason, I agree, we could use some good Genesis 1000 flavo bar sources. I would add them but put a note in the listing about the fitment issue. Maybe a note stating to make sure to read the Amazon review before purchasing.

I have added the latest links to the thread.

Also, I am using the second post for accessories now in order to stay within the forum limits. You all have managed to provide links to make a great source for us to find what we may need. If anything else comes up let me know. The Accessories list is a bit short. If you have used anything that you like and think it should be shared, post a link and I can get it on the list. Cooking tools, griddles, cleaners and so on.

What is the latest "Best" source for Genesis 1000 Flavorizer bars? I was hoping to find a decent set for a couple flip grills without spending $50 per set.
THis is just one more reason I have been sticking to Silver/Gold/Platinum B's and C's lately. Not to mention the fact that the 1000's are just more work overall.
