I am so done with grilled pork loins and pork loin chops


 
I cooked a 3-4 lbs untrimmed loin on the Weber Gasser Friday evening while I mowed,salt pepper and crushed rosemary.Fired it up and all 3 burners set on low,less than 2 hrs latter and 2 flips it was some great pork ,I did add a couple pieces of shag hickory bark to the fire ,I put it on the warming rack to keep it away from any flare ups.I read 162 -167 on my IRT even has some smoke ring lol
 
Bob, like me, you never really enjoyed grilled pork loins anyway....
Pork Steaks and Rib Chops are so much tastier...
