Chuck Roasts, soooooo much better the next day!

I got home from work starving today! Opened the fridge and pulled out my shredded CR from yesterday. OMG, what a difference! I wasn't really happy with it freshly pulled, but today it was out of this world. Gonna take it to work tomorrow to see what the co-workers think! They are very brutally honest, so I am crossing my fingers.
