Made a quick pastrami a week or so ago. I used Chris's recipe over on the Bullet. Came out really good but I think next time I'll spring for a little higher quality corned brisket. Here's a few pictures.

Some of Bob's favorite fries, Steak variety.

You'd think I'd have the wherewithal to remove that onion from the top of the sandwich!

Delicious sandwich. Got lots left over too. Going to try the dry cure next. Thanks for looking everyone.

I love hot Pastrami sandwiches. Yours is spot on. Did you cure a brisket or use a cornbeef?

Cliff, love the sandwich and your pic are spot on. Another great over the top cook.
