Power up? Microwave Wings

I just installed a new microwave with convection on Saturday & finally got around to trying wings in it. Preheated it for ~10-15 minutes to 450F, rubbed the wings with Walkerswood jerk paste, onto the grate, & 35 minutes later they were @ 202F, crispy & delicious!

Is this a power up or should I be embarrassed ? :)

Clint;
I have no experience with a Convection Microwave although we use a "regular" over the stove microwave daily. I'll tell you one thing, though, I am thoroughly impressed with your Jerk Chicken Wings!

Good show!

Yeah, IDK much about the convection microwave, but those wings, for a easy as it had to have been, look remarkable!

I'll go a step further I didn't know there was such a thing as a convection microwave. We have a convection oven but we seldom use the convection option. If the wings were great and they sure look great and it floats your boat I say why not.

Convection microwave in our Safari Trek rv. Normally keep a folded paper towel in the bottom when using the microwave feature. Flames in the oven when on convection. Lesson learned!!!

We put in a convection microwave when we remodeled the kitchen. I think we've used the convection feature twice.

I guess I have better options at hand. But I know others who say they use it often.
