This is what we had for Thanksgiving last year and it was DELICIOUS!!!!!!

Moroccan Turkey

2 tsp. garlic powder
2 tsp. black pepper
1 1/2 tsp. ground cumin
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp. ground cardamom
1/4 tsp. ground cloves
1/4 tsp. ground turmeric
sea salt (to taste)
1 (5 or 6 lb.) turkey breast
1/4 cup honey
1/4 cup butter, melted

Mix spices in small bowl. Reserve 1 tsp. of spices. Rub remaining seasoning over turkey breast. Roast according to manufacturer's directions. Combine reserved seasoning with honey and butter; mix well. Brush over turkey last 30 minutes of baking time.
