Smoking a Camel


 
Ate a lot of things when i worked in middle east, never saw camel.

Their diet is very levant and limited.

Much more eclectic, eat anything diet, in france

Why not camel? I have never tried it but would love to. I also like horse meat which is still common in some European countries. I had a really tasty horse steak in Iceland two years ago.
 
Looks like he's backin a VW into a garage.
Wonder if that's cooked to probe or hump tender.

I've tried camel a couple of times at a Brazilian Churrascaria in China. Not good. Not good at all. The second try was due to my less than stellar grasp of Mandarin!
 
I smoked straights. Only way to smoke a Camel LOL but then I did the same with Lucky Strikes and Pall Mall (Outstanding AND they are Mild)
 
I’ve smoked all of those and even French ”Gauloise” they were terrible but, it was a weird thing and just a phase.
LSMFT (several interpretations of what that stood for), Pall Mall were pretty terrible too but, again, I was young and experimenting!
I just watched the video again, I wish I spoke Turkish!
Love the smoker! Interesting “side draft” design.
