Got a spare $549 and change to spend on a bone-in, dry-cured, acorn-fed, 100% Iberico ham? Costco has got you covered! Includes a stand and carving knife. Don’t like it? Costco has a great return policy!

That is about $35 per lb. Ridiculous. You can buy wonderful Proscuitto from Italy (also acorn fed hogs) for about half that
 
True Larry but, will it be whole and have the “cool” stand?
I’d get the prosciutto anyway, for exactly the same reason you said!
 
I love Iberico ham.....but not that much!! :)

Larry, they have Prosciutto di Parma, too for $200, no stand. If you have a spare $1,000, they also will sell you an A5 grade Wagyu ribeye roast. :)

Not enough spare change in the couch for any of this on my end!

If anyone here has that much money lying around just waiting to be spent, and buys this, please let us know what the heck it taste like. lol
